When is College Connect launched?

  • The site is launched each year in September / October. The exact date will depend upon your learner's college and course. You will find provisional launch dates for your college on the home page of College Connect during this period.
  • Eligible parents and carers will receive an activation email - just follow the instructions provided.

Who is eligible to use College Connect?

  • You can use College Connect if you are the parent / carer of a learner aged 16-18 (or aged 19-24 with EHCP) who has identified you as a permitted contact.
  • If you fit this description you will receive an activation email when the system launches.

Having difficulty logging in for the first time?

  • The activation email will provide you with all the instructions you need to log in. It also provides contact details for requesting technical support.

You have used College Connect in the past but cannot login now?

  • In the first instance please check your login information.
  • Check that you are still eligible to use College Connect. For example, if your learner has reached the age of 19 (and does not have EHCP), your access will be removed.
  • Speak to your learner, as they may have updated the status of their contacts on their record. Please note that it is the learner’s prerogative to change the status of a contact, and this change may affect access to College Connect.

If you are the parent/carer of a student studying at one of the colleges of Chichester College Group and have been declared as a permitted contact to the College, then you will be invited by email to join College Connect.
